It’s time for BuddyCamp!
Yes, you heard that right! The first ever BuddyCamp is taking place in Vancouver, British Columbia on Sunday, October 14th and Monday, October 15th, at the Burnaby campus of the British Columbia Institute of Technology. The Sunday schedule will follow a traditional WordCamp format, with plenary sessions in the morning (including talks from members of the BuddyPress core team), and beginners’ and developers’ presentation tracks in the afternoon. Monday will be a hands-on BuddyPress Hack Day, open to developers and designers as well as newbies.
We’re happy to be partnering with WordCamp Vancouver, which is being held on Saturday, October 13th, also at BCIT Burnaby. Three solid days of WordPress and BuddyPress goodness!
There are plans to livestream the Sunday sessions (and maybe some of the Hack Day content), for those can’t make it to Vancouver but still want to participate.
