BuddyCamp Vancouver 2012 - Live Stream
We heard a lot of BuddyPress enthusiasts wanted to participate in BuddyCamp Vancouver but couldn't make it to town so we are offering a live stream of the event! Your ticket includes the live stream for all of the sessions on Oct. 14th. You can also participate in a BuddyPress group that will be used for more interaction, and questions and answers during the event. Hack Day on Oct. 15th is not being live streamed. This live stream ticket does not include a t-shirt. Proceeds from live stream ticket sales go towards the related costs of offering the live stream. 		$ 10.00 29

Note: We have a limited number of tickets available for full-time students for $20. Proof of being a full time student such as student ID card is required upon check in at the event.
Student discount application form. This discount only applies for face-to-face attendees, it does not apply for the live stream tickets.

    Hey there,
    a real big bummer, I just found out about this get-together this morning, a little bit late! I would have definitively flown over from Germany to Vancouver just for this event, now I’m a bit upset I didn’t find out about this earlier! :-( Buddypress is great stuff, I’ve been working on developing a private network similar to a fanclub for our musicians from our record label here in Germany for quite some time now, and this workshop would have probably given me the extra boost of input needed for this project.

    Oh well! Any plans on another BuddyCamp soon?? I sure do hope so!!!!

      Hi Zac,
      Sorry you missed it! We tried to get the word out as much as possible but it was put together on pretty short time lines. The good news is we video recorded it and plan on posting to wordpress.tv in the next few weeks so you can still see it! We are also putting together a BuddyPress for Beginners e-book that should be released by mid-November.

        Forgot to say, maybe you or someone else can organize a BuddyCamp in Germany! We had some people from Germany at BuddyCamp Vancouver, including some of the speakers.

          Does it make sense that I, having not SO much know-how of BuddyPress, organize a BuddyCamp in Europe? Hmm…

          Though it really is a great idea!

          Looking forward to seeing the E-Book, and I guess I should try to find this video from Vancouver!!
